Logging Server Database

Logging Server Configuration​

You can set another database where logs will be saved. There are five possibilities:

  • MSSQLServer
  • Oracle
  • MySQL
  • PostgreSQL
  • SQLite

When one of the first four options is selected, you have to provide a connection string. SQLite database files will be located in %ProgramData%\Macrix\ProconTEL 4.

Examples:

  • MSSQLServer: Server=external.mssql.com;Database=logs;Trusted_Connection=True;TrustServerCertificate=True;
  • Oracle: Data Source=external.oracle.com:1521/<SID>;User Id=<user>;Pwd=<password>;
  • MySQL: Server=external.mysql.com;Database=logs;Uid=<user>;Pwd=<password>;
  • PostgreSQL: Host=external.postgresql.com;Port=5555;Database=logs;User ID=<user>;Password=<password>;
