ProconTEL File

The .procontel file is a configuration file used by the ProconTEL CLI tool. It is expected to exist in the current folder, or it can be provided using the "-f/--file" parameter with a relative or absolute path argument to the file. As a convention, this file follows the YAML format, providing a human-readable and structured way to represent data.
